CC-Pet Shop Import-export, ,guarantees the bird(s) are free from the following deadly diseases:

P.B.F.D., New Castle (Pyromixovirus), Pacheco, Polyoma diseases virus for seven (7)days from the day of purchase.

Should the bird become ill or die within the guaranteed period and is determined by an avian veterinarian in writing that the bird was sick or carrier of above-mentioned diseases upon arrival , the customer will have right for full refund or in equal amount replacement on our shipping cost.

CCPet Shop will be notified immediately should any of the bird(s) become ill within the guaranteed period or this guarantee will be invalid.

CC Pet Shop holds the right to get the bird(s) shipped back to us at our cost.

Please note that  Finches and Canary's - due to their fragile nature - we dont guarantee the birds. We incourage the buyers to come to our shop or request a photo if they are not sure about  the condition of the birds prior to shiping.

1. Purchasing birds:

1.1. Imported birds will be ready for sale once they enter        the quarantine.
1.2. To ensure the birds, 10% deposit is required. Once         the quarantine is  ended  the rest of the amount is        required before picking up the birds.
1.3. The deposit is refundable during quarantine period         only. Once the  quarantine is ended and the full         amount has been received,
        THE SALE  IS FINAL.
1.4. The customer has right to require picture of the birds         before purchase.
1.5. Hand feed birds will be ready for sale only when are        fully weened.

2 .Shipping:

2.1. The customer pays the shipping charges unless        has been arranged  otherwise.
2.2. All birds will be shipped with health guarantee
       ( see health guarantee ).
2.3. We ship by air only with heated cargo room.
2.4. We use only wooden shipping creates with opening        on the front of the  crate, 
       at no charge to our clients.
